Dear Parents/Carers

We have arranged to take our Reception children to Godstone Farm on Thursday 24^th June as long as lockdown restrictions are eased as we hope they will be.  We will be travelling by minibus, leaving school at 9.00am and returning by 3.00pm.  We would ask that children wear suitable clothing for a day outdoors and bring a packed lunch with a drink or request a packed lunch on the slip with the letter that went home.

We are asking for a contribution of £9.30 towards the cost of this visit to cover fuel for the minibus and entrance fee.  Payment for this trip should be via Parent Pay online, cash will not be accepted in school.  If you need a username and password please ask at the office.  Alternatively please ask for a barcode to pay in cash at a PayPoint store.

As all children in Reception have free school meals, we will provide a packed lunch for any child that requires it.  A lunch will not be supplied automatically, you do need to apply for it.  Please remember to send your child with a bottle of water.
