Year 5 and 6 Boys’ Football match as part of the local league on Wednesday 3^rd November after school. In this league, teams will play each other school twice during one academic year (once at home and once away). There are six local schools in the league. Each match will require a squad of 10 players. For each match, a squad will be selected from children regularly attending the Boys’ Football Club. As mentioned previously, not all children from the club will be able to play in each match, but will all have opportunities to play during the year.

This match on Wednesday 3^rd November will be against Castle Hill School. We will be playing at home for this match on the grass pitch marked out on the school field. The match should end by 4:40pm.

For this match, children will be loaned a school football kit (shorts/shirt and socks). They must bring their own shin pads, and football boots with plastic studs only. As children will play in a school football kit, they will not need to bring a separate PE kit. Children should have a water bottle.

In the event of heavy rain, the match will be postponed to a future date. In the event of poor weather, a decision will be made by lunch time on the date of the match and a Weduc message sent. Please ensure you have downloaded the Weduc app and turned notifications on by this date.

During league matches, parents of children playing are invited to spectate at home games. We kindly remind you that referee decisions are final and that you are supportive of all players from both teams. The gate on King Henry’s Drive will be open for access to the field.
