Learning Mentor
Rowdown Primary School is a thriving 2 form school in the London Borough of Croydon. We believe that everything starts with our children and our community and are looking to recruit fantastic staff who believe the same.
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspiring Learning Mentor to work as part of our Inclusion Team to make a difference to the lives of children at Rowdown and their families. You will work with individual and groups of children removing barriers to learning so children are given every opportunity to reach their full potential.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience of working in this type of role or with experience of working with primary-aged children.
You should be:
- A responsible & reliable person
- A team player
- Confident in dealing with young people
- Able to relate well to pupils and adults
- Able to use initiative

Contract type: 30 hours per week (term time only)
Salary: Grade 6 SCP 18. FTE - £32,928. Pro Rata - £24,419
