FOR THOSE PARENTS THAT ARE RECEIVING FSM VOUCHER CODES BUT ARE HAVING problems HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Your first email from Edenred should show a 16 digit code.
At the bottom of the email is a
[redeem your code] button
Click on this button and it should redirect you to a new webpage.
Enter your unique code given to you.
Click redeem once again and a box should appear saying
(congratulations you have been rewarded £15)
Click start shopping or add another code if you have one.
Then choose a store you would like to shop at once that's done click value and input £15 (the value of each FSM voucher)
When you do input the value please make sure that if you have added more than one voucher code make sure you put the total value of all voucher codes redeemed
E.g. 2 voucher codes=£30 total value.
Then add to basket and click checkout.
Input your details that are required, then once again click redeem.
Once completed you should have a message come through stating that your e-gift card will be delivered within 24 hours.
You can then print this out on paper or screenshot on your phone the BARCODE to scan at the checkout like you would any other voucher barcode at the end of your scanned shopping and it will deduct the value amount that you have redeemed from your shopping bill.
