Together we can
Whether it’s the learning of children, staff, governors or the organisation as a whole; learning and improving is what we do. We recognise that the most effective way for us to improve, individually and collectively, is to nurture a learning culture that accepts that we can always find new ways to be the best we can be.
As a Trust, we place learning at the heart of all we do. We aim to provide welcoming and stimulating learning environments that will enable our pupils to thrive. To support this aim, staff in all the schools collaborate closely in order to share and develop best practice across the Trust.
Working in partnership has many benefits, all of which contribute to improving the quality of the education we can offer our pupils. Our prime aim is to ensure the children in our school communities fulfil their maximum potential whilst in our care.
Another key partnership is that between home and school. Parents/carers are welcomed into our schools and their contribution in supporting our aims is vital. At the same time, we recognise our duty to support our families in any way we can.
I am proud to be the Executive Head of the Trust, and to work with the staff and children at all schools.
You will find a link from our home page to both the Fairchildes, Rowdown and Monks Orchard school websites in order to find more information about our members. However, the best way to get to know us is to come and visit us. Should you wish to do so please do not hesitate to contact any of our schools.
