School Uniform Policy
Introduction
It is our school policy that all children wear school uniform when attending school, or when participating in school-organised events outside normal school hours. We encourage children to take pride in their personal appearance.
*Some items of uniform can be ordered online from our uniform supplier, Brigade (www.brigadeuniformdirect.com) Further details are on our website. The majority of uniform items are easily available, at very competitive prices, at local shops including supermarkets. We also run a second hand uniform shop in the school, supplied by parents donating nearly-new items children have outgrown. All uniform clothing items here are 50p.

Hair and Nails
Hair must be an appropriate style for primary school children. Extreme haircuts/styles are strictly not allowed. Hair longer than shoulder length is to be tied back for P.E. lessons and, as staff are not permitted to do this, we strongly recommend that parents of younger children prepare them before they come to school.
Nail polish and make up are not allowed at school at any time.
Please ensure that all items of school uniform are clearly labelled with your child’s name.
