Enhanced Learning Provision Assistant ( ELP Assistant)

FACT Trust is seeking enthusiastic and skilled assistants to support pupils within our Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP), known as The Hive, at Monks Orchard.

The Hive supports children from Reception to Year 6 who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) with Autism as their primary diagnosis.

We are looking to appoint creative and dedicated individuals to join our team. Whilst experience of working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is desirable, a passion for making a difference is essential.

ELP Assistants will work across a range of age groups and must be:

• Responsible and dependable
   
• Effective team players
   
• Able to build positive relationships with both pupils and adults
   
• Confident in using their initiative

Teaching Assistant

Start date: ASAP

Contract type: 28 hours per week.

Salary: NJC Grade 3 scp 5-7(depending on experience)  

Contract term: Permanent
